Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp in shells

1/2 cup unsalted margarine, melted

2 teaspoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Wash, peel and dry shrimp.
  3. Pour margarine in a shallow baking pan and add lemon juice, onion, garlic and pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
  4. Broil for 5 minutes. Turn and broil for 5 more minutes.
  5. Serve on platter with strained pan juices. Sprinkle with parsley.
